Nventechs is seeking to expand into new markets and is looking for Account Managers to help increase our market share and create new opportunities.
The Account Manager will be responsible for communicating with our customers, assessing their needs, arranging meetings or Skype interviews with the solution development team, providing project progress updates, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support and inquiries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Manage customer accounts and negotiate contracts

  • Monitor the delivery of all project phases

  • Cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement

  • Address client concerns and inquiries after project completion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar customer relationship positions

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and MS Office

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
